These numbers are an illustration, for one task such as a proposal section. Nobody has measured this firm yet. Your own time log replaces them with real ones.
No AI. Most of the time goes to research and writing. Review is short, because the writer already knows every source.
AI alone. The draft takes minutes. The time moves to review, because now someone has to check every fact the tool produced.
AI with rules and checks. The tool is given the source rule, a project and the logs. Review gets shorter again, and the whole task comes down. A person still signs off.
